Batsy Hobby Shipping & Pre-Order Policy

1. Processing & Handling

• In-Stock Items: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Pre-Order / Backorder Items: Products marked as Pre-Order typically take 2–4 weeks to arrive at our local Ontario warehouse before being dispatched to you.

2. Domestic Shipping (Canada)

• We ship via Canada Post / UPS with tracking provided upon dispatch.

• Local pickup option is available for customers in Scarborough / GTA area at checkout.

3. Oversized & Heavy Items

• Large combined sets (e.g., MPA Scale Combiners over 10kg) are subject to weight-based calculated shipping rates at checkout to ensure safe delivery.

4. Customs & Import Duties

• Orders shipped within Canada do NOT incur customs fees. International buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties or local taxes.
